Prices and taxes

All prices include 13.5 % Finnish VAT and are in euros. We reserve the right to change prices and to cancel an order if a price or availability has been shown incorrectly.

Ordering and order confirmation

The order is created once payment is completed and you receive an order confirmation by email. Please check the details and report any errors immediately to moi@flass.fi. Keep the confirmation for future reference.

Payment methods

Payments are processed by Paytrail Oyj (Business ID 2122839-7) together with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Online bank payments, card payments and mobile payments are available. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on your bank or card statement and forwards the payment to the seller. Paytrail Oyj is a supervised payment institution. Payment happens in Paytrail's secure service and card details are never stored in our store.

Delivery and shipping costs

Deliveries are handled through Shipit to parcel lockers, pickup points and home or business addresses in Finland. Shipping costs 5.90 €, and orders over 49 € ship free. Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days and products are made fresh. You receive a tracking code by email once the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

Nature of the products and storage

Cotton candy and cotton candy cakes are handmade products sensitive to moisture. Keep them tightly closed, dry and at room temperature, away from sunlight and humidity. Handle cakes carefully as the structure is light and fragile.

Damaged or missing shipments

Please check your shipment on arrival. If the parcel was damaged in transit or a product is missing, notify us within seven days at moi@flass.fi with photos of the packaging and product. We will investigate and compensate faulty deliveries.

Disputes

Finnish law applies. If a dispute cannot be resolved, a consumer may refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board. Advice is also available from the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
