What data we collect

We only process data needed to deliver your order and provide customer service: name, email address, phone number, delivery address or selected pickup point, order contents and order status. Payment data is processed by our payment provider Paytrail Oyj – card numbers are never stored in our store.

Why we process data

Data is used to process and deliver orders, send order confirmations and shipping notifications, meet accounting obligations and provide customer service. The legal basis is performance of a contract and statutory obligations. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent.

Sharing of data

We share data only with service providers required to fulfil your order: Paytrail Oyj (payments), Shipit and its carriers (delivery), and the technical providers of our email and web store. Data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing.

Retention

Order data is retained for the period required by accounting law, generally six years from the end of the financial year. Unnecessary data is deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request correction of inaccurate data, request erasure where no statutory retention obligation applies, object to processing and withdraw marketing consent. Send requests to moi@flass.fi. You may also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
