Cancellation & Returns

14-day right of cancellation

Under Finnish consumer protection law, consumers have the right to cancel a distance sale order within 14 days of receiving the product. Send your cancellation by email to moi@flass.fi and include the order number.

Food product limitation

The right of cancellation does not apply to opened food packages, products made to the customer's specification, or products that spoil or age quickly. In practice, an opened cotton candy package, a cotton candy cake or a customised order cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Unopened products in resalable condition can be returned.

How to return

Return the product well protected in its original packaging to Fruits & More Food Co., Kauppatie 13, 04300 Tuusula, Finland. Include your name and order number. The customer pays the return shipping cost unless the product was faulty or damaged.

Refunds

We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product or the required information. Refunds are processed by Paytrail Oyj.

Faulty or damaged products

If a product is faulty or damaged, contact moi@flass.fi within seven days and attach photos. We will replace the product or refund the purchase price and shipping costs.

Uncollected shipments

If a shipment is not collected from the pickup point and returns to us, the actual shipping costs are deducted from the refund.
